What we collect
Two things, both completely anonymous and never linked to you:
Things like which levels are played and where players get stuck, via PostHog (hosted in the EU). It helps us design better levels. No names, no way to trace it back to a person.
If the game crashes, a technical report is sent via Sentry so we can fix the bug. It describes what the code was doing — not who you are.
What we don't collect
To be completely clear, Choori does not collect any of this:
Your save data
Your stars, coins, and progress are stored only on your device. We never upload them, and there is no cloud sync or backup on our end. Because of that, a new device starts fresh, and removing the app removes your save. It's the most private way to play — nothing of yours leaves your phone.
No tracking, ever
We never sell your data, and we never share it to advertise to you. Choori contains no ad networks and does no cross-app or cross-site tracking — we don't follow you around the internet or link anything across other companies' apps. Because of this, Choori never shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt: there's simply nothing to ask about.
Made safe for kids
Choori is family-friendly and safe for children to play. In keeping with children's privacy laws such as COPPA, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There are no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information, contact us and we'll remove it right away.
Who processes this data
The two services above handle anonymous data on our behalf, and nothing more: PostHog (product analytics, EU-hosted) and Sentry (crash reporting). Neither receives any personal information about you, and neither is used to advertise to you.
Changes & contact
If this policy ever changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy? We'd genuinely like to hear from you.
